Service description
Departure:
- the VIP lounge manager assists in:
- check-in for the flight;
- baggage check-in (loader services are included in the price);
- passing the security control.
- access to the VIP lounge for passengers:
- bar (bar services are not included in the price - they are paid by the passenger independently);
- a large selection of newspapers and magazines;
- internet access.
- after the announcement of boarding the flight, the assistant accompanies the passenger to the plane in a separate car.
Arrival:
- the assistant meets the passenger at the aircraft ramp with a nameplate or a VIP nameplate (on request);
- passenger delivery to the VIP lounge in a separate car;
- baggage delivery and collection in the VIP lounge (loader services are included in the price);
- access to the VIP lounge for passengers:
- bar (bar services are not included in the price - they are paid by the passenger independently);
- a large selection of newspapers and magazines;
- internet access.
- after completing the service, the passenger is escorted to the car.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application:
- less than 24 hours before the provision of the service – a fine of 100%;
- more than 24 hours before the service is provided – 100% refund.
Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 24 hours before the service is provided): + 3.300 ₽ per passenger.
Important information
For the period of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) from June 16 to 22, 2025, access to the VIP lounge for passengers of international flights is available only upon accreditation to the forum.
The passenger's car is not allowed to access the aircraft ramp!
The total parking time near the VIP lounge is no more than 15 minutes. Parking is free. Cars should not be left without a driver.
Bar services are not included in the price and must be paid for by the passenger on the spot.
