Departure:

Arrival:

- baggage delivery and collection in the VIP lounge (loader services are included in the price);
- access to the VIP lounge for passengers:

- after completing the service, the passenger is escorted to the car.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application:
- less than 24 hours before the provision of the service – a fine of 100%;
- more than 24 hours before the service is provided – 100% refund.
Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 25 hours before the service is provided): + 6.500 ₽ per passenger.
Important information
The passenger's car is not allowed to access the aircraft ramp!
The total parking time near the VIP lounge is no more than 15 minutes. Parking is free. Cars should not be left without a driver.
Bar services are not included in the price and must be paid for by the passenger on the spot.
