Departure:

• the VIP lounge manager assists in:
  • check-in for the flight;
  • baggage check-in (loader services are included in the price);
  • passing the security control.
• access to the VIP lounge for passengers: 
  • bar (bar services are not included in the price - they are paid by the passenger independently);
  • a large selection of newspapers and magazines;
  • internet access.
• after the announcement of boarding the flight, the assistant accompanies the passenger to the plane in a separate car.

Arrival:

• the assistant meets the passenger at the aircraft ramp with a nameplate or a VIP nameplate (on request);
• passenger delivery to the VIP lounge in a separate car;
• baggage delivery and collection in the VIP lounge (loader services are included in the price);
• access to the VIP lounge for passengers:
  • bar (bar services are not included in the price - they are paid by the passenger independently);
  • a large selection of newspapers and magazines;
  • internet access.
• after completing the service, the passenger is escorted to the car.

Cancellation of a confirmed application:

• less than 24 hours before the provision of the service – a fine of 100%;
• more than 24 hours before the service is provided – 100% refund.

Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 25 hours before the service is provided): + 6.500 ₽ per passenger.
