Departure:

• meeting with a nameplate at the entrance to the departure terminal;
• priority check-in and baggage check-in (extra charge for porter services);
• assistance with Tax Free refund (if necessary);
• Fast Track:
  • through passport control (on international departure);
  • through the Aviation Security service.
• escort to the departure gate.

Arrival:

• meeting with a nameplate at the exit from the plane;
• Fast Track through passport control (on international arrival);
• assistance with baggage collection (porter services are paid additionally);
• parking escort;
• coordination of the meeting with the host party.

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 75 pounds (GBP) per passenger.
