Arrival:

• meeting passengers at the aircraft ramp with a nameplate (starting from April 1, a nameplate with the name "CIP Service");
• separate transfer for CIP terminal clients;
• access to the CIP terminal:
  • passing a separate passport control;
  • baggage collection by an agent and delivery to passengers;
  • tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks;
  • free Wi-Fi;
  • smoking area.

Departure:

• meeting passengers at the marina and escorting them to the CIP terminal:
  • When arriving by boat, you must provide the estimated time of arrival and the marina number.;
  • Upon arrival by seaplane, the operator's representative guides passengers to the terminal.
• passenger escort to the CIP terminal;
• access to the CIP terminal:
  • check-in and baggage check-in;
  • passing a separate passport control;
  • tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks;
  • free Wi-Fi;
  • smoking area;
  • Mini Duty Free in the CIP terminal (passengers can also visit the Duty Free in the main terminal, accompanied by a terminal employee, after check-in and passport control).
• separate transfer to the plane for CIP terminal clients.

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
