Arrival:

• meeting at the arrival gate;
• Fast Track through passport control;
• assistance in baggage collection (porter services are included in the price of up to five pieces of luggage, over for an additional fee);
• escort to a dedicated parking lot;
• coordination of actions with the host party.

Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty. Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

The urgency comes 48 hours before the service time. The urgency fee is +50 euro per passenger.
