Departure:

• meeting at the departure terminal;
• escort through the check-in desk and baggage drop-off (porter services are included in the price of up to five pieces of luggage, over for an additional fee);

  • alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages;
  • TV;
  • Wi-Fi;
  • The press;
  • departure board.

Arrival:

• meeting at the arrival gate;
• Fast Track through passport control;
• assistance in baggage collection (porter services are included in the price of up to five pieces of luggage, more for an additional fee);
• escort to a dedicated parking lot;
• coordination of actions with the host party.

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% fine.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 30 % per passenger.

Overnight mark-up (21:00 - 07:00): + 30 % for the passenger.
