Departure:

• meeting at the departure terminal;
• escort:
  • through the check-in and baggage check-in desk (porter services are not included in the price, extra charge, cost on request);
  • through passport control;
  • to the departure gate.

Arrival:

• meeting with a nameplate at the gate exit;
• escort:
  • through passport control;
  • assistance with baggage collection (porter services are not included in the price, extra charge, cost on request);
  • through customs control;
  • escort to the parking lot.
• coordination of the meeting with the host party.

Less than 48 hours before the service is provided:

• cancellation of a confirmed application is a fine of 100 %;
• modification of a confirmed application is $60.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 150 per passenger.

Overnight mark-up (22:00 – 08:00): + 130 $ for the passenger.

Holiday margin: + $130 per application.
