Service description
Departure:
- meeting with a nameplate in front of the terminal (the meeting place will be indicated on the booking confirmation);
- escorting to the terminal;
- assistance with check-in and baggage check-in;
- passing through passport control;
- by passing through the aviation security service on a dedicated line*;
- escort to the departure gate.
Arrival:
- meeting with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
- escorting to the terminal;
- assistance with passport control;
- baggage collection;
- passing through customs control (if necessary, assistance with filling out customs documents) via a dedicated line*;
- parking escort;
- coordination of the meeting with the host party;
- assistance in loading luggage.
* If the dedicated line is closed by a border control solution, the waiting time in the queue may be an hour or more.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 72 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.
The penalty for non–attendance is 100%
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
Overnight mark-up (00:00 - 05:00): + 30% for the passenger.
Important information
The agent does not have access to the customs area, and passengers receive their luggage on their own.
The agent will be waiting for you in the arrival hall.
