- meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
- escort through passport control;
- assistance with baggage collection (three pieces of luggage are included in the price, over is paid additionally);
- escort through customs control;
- escort to the parking lot;
- coordination with the host party.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.
Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 50 € per passenger.
