Over four pieces of luggage, a porter for an additional fee: 150 € (up to four pieces of luggage).

Departure:

• meeting at the terminal, departure hall;
• assistance in obtaining Tax Free;
• escorting through the check-in and baggage check-in desk;
• assistance with hand luggage;
• Fast track through passport control;
• escort to the departure gate.

Arrival:

• meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
• escorting to the terminal;
• Fast Track through passport control;
• assistance with baggage collection (up to four pieces of luggage) and customs control;
• escort to the parking lot. Coordination of the meeting with the host party.

Cancellation of a confirmed application:

• less than 48 hours before the service is provided – a fine of 100%;
• more than 48 hours before the service is provided – a refund minus 15 €.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 250 € per passenger.
