Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application:
- more than 48 hours before the service is provided - without penalty;
- less than 48 hours before the service is provided – a 100% fine.
Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
