Service description
Arrival:
- meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
- escorting to the terminal;
- assistance with passport control, baggage collection, customs control;
- escort to the parking lot (taxi, meeting the driver). Coordination of the meeting with the welcoming party.
Departure:
- meeting with a nameplate in front of the terminal (the meeting place will be indicated in the booking confirmation);
- escorting to the terminal;
- assistance with check-in and baggage check-in;
- assistance with passport control;
- assistance with passing the aviation security service;
- escort to the departure gate.
Cancellation policy
Cancel:
- more than 48 hours before the start of the service – without penalties;
- in less than 48 hours – a 100% fine.
The penalty for non–attendance is 100%.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
