Departure:

• meeting with a nameplate at the entrance to the departure terminal;
• assistance with check-in and baggage check-in (porter services are charged additionally);
• Fast Track:
  • through passport control;
  • through the aviation Security service.

Arrival:

• meeting with a nameplate at the exit from the plane;
• Fast Track:
  • through passport control;
  • assistance with baggage collection (porter services are paid additionally).
• parking escort;
• coordination of actions with the host party.

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided):

• departure + 70 % per passenger;
• arrival + 50% per passenger.
