Service description

Departure:
- meeting at the terminal (the meeting place will be indicated on the booking confirmation);
- assistance with check-in and baggage check-in;
- escort through passport control;
- escort to the departure gate.
Arrival:
- meeting with a nameplate at the exit from the plane;
- escort through passport control;
- assistance with baggage collection;
- parking escort;
- coordination of the meeting with the host party.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application:
- less than 48 hours before the provision of the service – a fine of 100%;
- more than 48 hours before the service is provided – 100% refund.
Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 200 per passenger.
Overnight mark-up (23:00 – 08:00): + 100 $ for the passenger.
