Service description
Arrival:
- meeting passengers with a nameplate (at the exit of the teletrap or at the entrance to the terminal);
- Fast Track:
- through passport control.
- assistance with baggage collection and removal from the terminal;
- escort to the parking lot (taxi, meeting the driver);
- coordination of actions with the host party.
Departure:
- meeting passengers with a nameplate (at the departure terminal, the meeting place will be indicated in the booking confirmation);

- through the reception desk;
- Passport control;
- aviation Security Service.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation more than 48 hours before the start of the service – no penalties, less than 48 hours – a 100% penalty.
The penalty for non–attendance is 100%.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 24 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
