Service description
Arrival:
- meeting with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
- escorting to the terminal;
- Fast Track through passport control;
- assistance with baggage collection;
- assistance with customs control;
- escort to the parking lot (taxi, meeting the driver);
- coordination of the meeting with the welcoming party.
Departure:
- to meet in front of the terminal, you must provide the number and color of the car in 15 minutes;
- meeting place without car number: Terminal 1,Gate 11;
- meeting place without car number: Terminal 2,Gate 25;
- escorting to the terminal;
- expedited check-in and baggage check-in;
- Fast Track through passport control;
- Access to the VIP lounge (drinks and snacks are included in the price).
Cancellation policy
Cancellation more than 48 hours before the start of the service – no penalties, less than 48 hours – 100% penalty. The penalty for non–appearance is 100%
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
Night mark-up (00:00 - 08:00):
- when ordering the service, + 30 % per passenger;
- when ordering the service and additional transfer service, + 30% for the package of services.
The festive margin for the Chinese New Year: + 35% per application.
