Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% fine.
Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
Overnight mark-up (00:00 - 08:00):
- when registering for the service, + 30 % per passenger;
- when registering the service and additional transfer service + 30% for the package of services.
Holiday mark-up for Chinese New Year: + 35% on the application.
