Departure:

• a separate entrance to the VIP lounge is available (car pass is charged separately);
• meeting passengers in the VIP lounge;
• access to the VIP lounge:
  • air ticket registration
  • baggage handling and hand luggage of passengers (with baggage delivery on board the aircraft);
  • TV;
  • Wi-Fi;
  • The press;
  • tea, coffee, soft drinks;
  • meals separately for an additional fee (pre-ordered, together with the reservation);
• separate transfer under the plane ramp.

Arrival:

• meeting passengers at the plane ramp;
• separate transfer from the plane to the VIP lounge;
• access to the VIP lounge:
  • baggage delivery and collection;
  • TV;
  • Wi-Fi;
  • The press;
  • tea, coffee, soft drinks;
  • meals are provided separately for an additional fee (to be ordered in advance, along with the reservation).

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 24 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% fine.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 24 hours before the service is provided): + 2,000 ₽ per passenger.
