Departure:

• meeting at the departure terminal;
• priority check-in and baggage check-in (porter services are included in the price);
• Fast Track:
  • through passport control;
  • through the Aviation Security Service;
• escort to the departure gate.

Arrival:

• meeting at the exit of the aircraft with a nameplate;
• Fast Track through passport control;
• assistance in baggage collection (porter services are included in the price);
• parking escort;
• coordination with the receiving party.

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 50 € per passenger.
