Departure:

• meeting at the departure terminal;
• escort:
  • through the check-in and baggage drop-off desk (porter services are paid additionally);
  • through passport control;
  • through the Aviation Security Service;
  • to the departure gate;
• the duration of the service is 1 hour, then the time is paid additionally (through additional services).

Arrival:

• for domestic flights - meeting with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
• for international flights, a meeting is possible only after customs control, due to the rules of the Aviation Security Service (TSA);
• assistance in baggage collection (porter services are paid additionally);
• escort to the parking lot;
• coordination with the receiving party;
• the duration of the service is 1 hour, then the time is paid additionally (through additional services).

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the provision of the service) is a 100% penalty.

Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 250 per passenger.
