Service description
The service is non-refundable.
Arrival:
- meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
- escort through passport control;
- assistance with baggage collection and escort through customs control;
- escort to the parking lot. Coordination of actions with the host party.
Departure:
- meeting at the departure terminal;
- escort through a dedicated check-in and baggage drop-off desk (porter services are included in the price);
- escort through passport control;
- escort to the departure gate.
Cancellation policy
The service is non-refundable. Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 50 €/passenger.
