Transit:

• meeting at the arrival gate with a nameplate;
• transfer by golf cart to the VIP terminal;
• passing post-flight and pre-flight formalities in the VIP terminal;
• if necessary, baggage reloading (the price includes two pieces of luggage per passenger, over is paid additionally);
• at the terminal (the price includes an hour stay):

Cancellation and modification of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% fine.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 25% per passenger.

Overnight surcharge - 25% on arrival (22:00 – 07:00).

Holiday margin - 30% per passenger:

• public holidays;
• Formula 1: 18 – September 24, 2024;
• Christmas: December 23rd – 26th, 2024;
• New Year: December 30th – January 2nd, 2025;
• Chinese New Year – January 27 – February 1, 2025.
