Departure:

• meeting at the terminal 2 hours before departure (meeting earlier is charged additionally; the meeting place will be indicated in the booking confirmation);
• assistance with check-in and baggage check-in;
• escort through passport control;
• escort to the departure gate.

Arrival:

• meeting with a nameplate when exiting the plane;
• escort through passport control;
• assistance with baggage collection (3 pieces of luggage and one hand luggage are included in the service);
• escort to the parking lot;
• coordination of the meeting with the host party.

The service is non-refundable.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.

Overnight margin (23:30 – 07:00): + 100 $ for the passenger.
