Service description
Departure:
- meeting at the departure terminal with a nameplate;
- assistance with VAT refund (Tax Free) upon prior request;
- escort through the check-in desk and baggage check-in (the price includes two pieces of luggage per passenger, over is paid additionally);
- escort through passport control and aviation security service;
- escort to the departure gate.
Arrival:
- meeting at the arrival gate with a nameplate;
- escort through passport control;
- assistance with baggage collection (the price includes two pieces of luggage per passenger, over is paid additionally);
- escort through customs control;
- escort to the parking lot;
- coordination of actions with the host party.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation and modification of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% fine.
Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 25% per passenger.
Overnight surcharge - 25% on arrival (22:00 – 07:00).
Holiday margin - 30% per passenger:
- public holidays;
- Formula 1: 18 – September 24, 2024;
- Christmas: December 23rd – 26th, 2024;
- New Year: December 30th – January 2nd, 2025;
- Chinese New Year – January 27 – February 1, 2025.
