Departure:

• meeting passengers in the VIP sector;
• provision of seats for waiting for departure in a comfortable room of the waiting room;
• luggage delivery from cars to the registration desk;
• ticket registration, baggage and hand luggage registration;
• organization of passenger screening;
• delivery of passengers, their luggage and hand luggage to the aircraft ramp, as well as loading luggage on board the aircraft;
• parking of cars in the internal guarded parking lot;
• provision of bar services (tea, coffee, juices, soft drinks) for a fee.

Arrival:

• meeting passengers at the ramp;
• delivery of passengers and their luggage to the VIP lounge;
• providing the greeters with comfortable rooms to wait for arriving passengers;
• delivery of luggage and hand luggage to the transport provided for the meeting;
• provision of bar services (tea, coffee, juices, soft drinks) for a fee.

Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 24 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty. Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 24 hours before the service is provided): + 2.000 ₽ per passenger.
