Service description
Arrival:
- meeting at the plane ramp;
- private transfer from the plane to the terminal in case of remote parking;
- Fast Track through passport control;
- baggage collection (porter services are included in the price of up to three pieces of luggage per passenger);
- escort to the parking lot;
- coordination of actions with the host party.
Departure:
- meeting at the terminal;
- check-in and baggage check-in (porter services are included in the price of up to three pieces of luggage per passenger);
- Fast Track through passport control;
- individual transfer from the terminal to the aircraft in case of remote parking;
- escort to the departure gate.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty. Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 50 € per passenger.
