Service description
Arrival:
- meeting with a nameplate before passport control;
- escort through passport control, accelerated if possible;
- assistance with baggage collection;
- escort to the parking lot;
- coordination of the meeting with the host party.
Departure:
- meeting with a nameplate in front of the terminal (the meeting place will be indicated in the booking confirmation);
- assistance with check-in and baggage check-in;
- escort through passport control, accelerated if possible;
- escort to the departure gate.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the service is rendered is a 100% penalty.
Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $50 per passenger.
