• personal agent for the duration of the service;
• check-in and baggage check-in by an agent at the VIP terminal;
• passport control at the VIP terminal;
• access to the VIP lounge:
  • light snacks;
  • soft drinks;
  • TV;
  • Wi-Fi;
  • the press.
• individual transfer from the terminal to the aircraft for domestic flight (within Schengen) or to the departure gate of the general terminal (for departure outside Schengen).

Arrival:

• meeting at the plane ramp;
• personal agent for the duration of the service;
• private transfer from the plane to the business aviation terminal;
• passport control and baggage collection at the VIP terminal;
• hot and cold drinks;
• escort to the parking lot in front of the terminal;
• coordination of actions with the host party.

Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty.

Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 50 € per passenger.
