Service description
Departure:
- meeting in the VIP lounge (for timely completion of pre-flight formalities, arrival is recommended no later than 01:20 before departure) or by an employee of the VIP Group from the car and assistance with luggage (up to 3 units);
Please inform us about your arrival at the airport 15-20 minutes in advance. The directions to the VIP lounge are in the description.
- check-in and baggage check-in by an agent in the VIP lounge. It is possible to request an aviation security officer to open the luggage for inspection.
- escort to the departure gate (if the board is parked remotely, there is a separate transfer for VIP passengers under the plane ramp).
Arrival:
- meeting of VIP passengers by an agent of the VIP lounge at the exit of the teletrap or under the ramp of the aircraft with the sign "VIP International" (on request, a meeting with a nameplate is possible for a fee);
- collecting luggage tags and escorting to the VIP lounge;
- baggage collection in the VIP lounge;
- independent departure from the VIP lounge or, upon request, escort by a VIP Group agent to the car;
- assistance with luggage (up to 3 units).
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application:
- less than 2 hours before arrival – a fine of 100%;
- less than 4 hours before departure – a 100% penalty.
Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 16 hours before the service is provided): + 8,800 ₽ per passenger.
Important information
Please note that if the passenger does not see the VIP lounge agent when exiting the aircraft, it is necessary to immediately call the phone without leaving the common room to promptly resolve the situation.
If passengers do not report the difficulty on the spot, the service is considered completed and is subject to 100% payment.
To visit the VIP lounge with animals, you need to arrange an additional service "Pet transportation".
