Arrival:

• meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
• fast track through passport control;
• assistance with baggage collection (porter services are included in the price) and escort through customs control;
• escort to the parking lot. Coordination of actions with the host party.

Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% fine, minus a $30 administrative deduction.

Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
