Transit:

• meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
• support during all post-flight and pre-flight procedures:
  • aviation inspection;
  • through passport control (border control);
  • through customs control;
  • through the transit desk;
  • check-in for the flight;
• escort to the departure gate.

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.

Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 200 per passenger.

Overnight margin (23:00 – 08:00): + 100 $ for the passenger.
