Departure:

  • meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner);
  • hot drinks (tea, coffee);
  • soft drinks (water).

  For an additional fee, there is a bar in the hall with a wide selection of drinks, cold and hot snacks.

• meeting persons service (when purchasing an additional service);
• baggage handling and delivery on board the aircraft;
• delivery of passengers in a separate comfortable minibus;
• providing passengers with the necessary information about departures and arrivals.

Arrival:

• upon disembarkation outside the terminal, meet at the aircraft ramp with a nameplate.:
  • delivery of passengers in a separate comfortable minibus.
• upon delivery of the airbridge, a meeting is held in the baggage claim area with a nameplate.
• baggage delivery to the VIP lounge;

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 24 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 24 hours before the service is provided): + 2.000 ₽ per passenger.
