Cancellation policy
Less than 48 hours before the service is provided:
- cancellation of a confirmed application is a 100% penalty for the application.;
- modification of a confirmed application is a 30% penalty per application.
Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 30 % per passenger.
Overnight mark-up (22:00 - 06:00): + 30 % for the passenger.
Additional calculations:
- weekend extra charge (Friday – Sunday): + 30% per passenger;
- Extra charge for holidays: + 30% per passenger.
