Service description
Arrival:
- meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap at a nearby parking lot or a separate transfer in the case of a remote one;
- escorting to the terminal;
- Fast Track through passport control;
- assistance with baggage collection (up to four pieces of luggage) and customs control;
- escort to the parking lot. Coordination of the meeting with the host party.
Departure:
- meeting at the terminal, departure hall, gate 1;
- Escort through the check-in and baggage drop-off desk;
- Fast track through passport control;
- escort to the departure gate.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty. Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
The urgency comes 48 hours before the service time. Urgency fee +$50/passenger.
