Arrival:
- personal concierge for the entire duration of the service;
- meeting at the arrival gate;
- private transfer from the plane to the terminal;
- passport control and baggage collection at the VIP terminal;
- in the terminal: stay for two hours, light snacks and drinks, WI-FI, magazines, books, Duty-Free shops are included;
- escort to the VIP parking lot;
- coordination with the receiving party.
Departure:
- meeting at the VIP terminal;
- passing the aviation security service at the terminal;
- check-in and baggage check-in at the VIP terminal;
- passport control in the VIP terminal;
- in the terminal: stay for two hours, light snacks and drinks, WI-FI, magazines, books, Duty-Free shops are included;
- private transfer from the terminal to the plane.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty. Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
The urgency comes 48 hours before the service time. Urgency fee +$50/passenger.
