- meeting at the departure terminal;
- help with luggage;
- escorting through the check-in desk and baggage check-in;
- escort to the departure gate;
- private transfer to the plane in case of remote parking.
Arrival:
- access to the VIP lounge (the price includes 2 hours of stay):
- soft drinks;
- snacks;
- Wi-Fi.
- meeting at the arrival gate with a nameplate;
- assistance with baggage collection;
- escort through customs control;
- escort to the parking lot.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application:
- less than 48 hours before the service is provided, a fine of 100%.
- more than 48 hours before the service is provided – full refund.
Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $ 50 per passenger.
Important information
Access to the VIP lounge for one child (2-12) in the application is free, the rest are adults.
