Arrival:

• meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;

• assistance with baggage collection;
• escort through customs control;
• escort to the parking lot;
• coordination of actions with the host party.

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 50 euro per passenger.
