Arrival:

• meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
• Fast Track through passport control;
• assistance with baggage collection and escort through customs control;
• parking escort;
• coordination of actions with the host party.  

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 72 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty. Urgency

Urgent request:

• submitted less than 72 hours before the service: + 35 % per passenger;
• submitted less than 12 hours before the service: + 60 % per passenger.
