ARRIVAL

• An assistant greets a passenger at the exit of the plane with a nameplate.It is necessary to provide a contact to contact the passenger.
• Delivery of the passenger to the airport terminal in a separate car with remote boarding.
• Passing through passport and customs controls (if possible without waiting in line).
• Access to the VIP lounge. Snacks and drinks are also offered to passengers in the VIP lounge.
• Baggage collection in the VIP lounge.
• Escort the passenger to the car.

DEPARTURE

• Meeting a passenger near the car. You must provide a contact to contact the passenger.
• Check-in for the flight, baggage check-in. The loader's services are included in the price.
• Passing through passport and customs controls (if possible without waiting in line).
• Access to the VIP Lounge. Snacks and drinks are offered to passengers in the VIP lounge.
• After the announcement of boarding the flight, the assistant accompanies the passenger to the plane in a separate car.

Cancellation of a confirmed Application less than 48 hours before the service is provided is a 100% penalty.

Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 50 euros / passenger + 50%

For any changes made in less than 48 hours, + 50% of the application fee will be charged.
