Service description
Departure:
- Meeting a passenger near a car. You must provide a contact to contact the passenger.
- Check-in for the flight, baggage check-in. Loader services are included in the price.
- Passing through passport and customs controls (if possible without waiting in line).
- Access to the VIP Lounge. Snacks and drinks are offered to passengers in the VIP lounge.
- After the flight boarding announcement, the assistant escorts the passenger to the plane in a separate car.
Arrival:
- An assistant greets a passenger at the exit of the aircraft with a nameplate. You must provide a contact to contact the passenger.
- Passenger transportation to the airport terminal in a separate car with remote boarding.
- Passing through passport and customs controls (if possible without waiting in line).
- Access to the VIP lounge. The passenger is also offered snacks and drinks in the VIP lounge.
- Baggage collection in the VIP lounge.
- Escort the passenger to the car.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed Application less than 48 hours before the service is provided is a 100% penalty.
Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 50 euros / passenger + 50%
For any changes made in less than 48 hours, + 50% of the application fee will be charged.
