After the flight boarding announcement, the assistant escorts the passenger to the plane in a separate car.

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 24 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 24 hours before the service is provided): + 2,200 ₽ per passenger.

The services of the bar in the VIP lounge are not included in the price of VIP service and are paid by the passenger independently.
