Departure:
- the passenger arrives at the airport 1-1.5 hours before departure,
- the passenger performs check-in and pre-flight control independently (check-in is completed in 30-40 minutes);
- access to the VIP lounge:
- ticket registration and baggage handling (hand luggage);
- bar service (extra charge);
- after the announcement of boarding (20-30 minutes), the VIP lounge dispatcher invites the passenger to board;
- transfer to and from the plane by minibus;
- porter services for the delivery of hand luggage to the aircraft ramp (on request).
Arrival:
- meets at the aircraft ramp (by the VIP lounge dispatcher);
- transfer by private transport to the VIP lounge.
Important:
It is forbidden to leave the airfield on your own.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 24 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.
Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 24 hours before the service is provided): + 2,000 ₽ per passenger.
