Service description
Arrival:
- meeting at the plane ramp;
- private transfer from the plane to the terminal;
- passport control and baggage collection at the VIP terminal;
- in the terminal: light snacks and drinks;
- escort to the VIP parking lot, coordination with the welcoming party.
Departure:
- meeting at the VIP terminal;
- passing the aviation security service at the terminal;
- check-in and baggage check-in at the VIP terminal;
- passport control in the VIP terminal;
- in the terminal: stay for two hours is included, light snacks and drinks, WI-FI, press in English and French;
- private transfer from the terminal to the plane.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application less than 48 hours before the provision of the service is a 100% penalty. Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 100 € per passenger.
Important information
When ordering VIP service for departure by Air France, check-in takes place in the general hall of the terminal.
