Departure:

 

• To enter the VIP-lounge: the passenger must give his name, flight number and present a document proving his identity;
• persons meeting and escorting a passenger must indicate the name of the passenger they meet or see off their flight number. It should be borne in mind that people meeting the passenger are allowed in the VIP lounge 1 (one) hour before the expected arrival time of the aircraft, and passengers escorting the passenger are allowed in the VIP lounge no earlier than 2 (two) hours before the expected departure time of the aircraft .
• After entering the VIP-lounge, you must contact the check-in counter, the passenger must give the flight number and his last name, and those who meet and see off must give the last name of the passenger they meet or see off accordingly.
• The passenger must arrive at the VIP lounge no later than 1 (one) hour before the flight departure time in order to be able to check in for his flight.
• Entrance to the VIP-hall of persons with weapons, ammunition, explosives, flammable, poisonous, radioactive and other dangerous objects and substances that can be used to create a security threat or may cause another emergency (aviation) accident is prohibited.
• It is not allowed to carry and consume food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages, purchased outside the VIP lounge in the VIP lounge.
• All orders made in a VIP-room cafe are not included in the contract price and are paid independently

Arrival:

 

• When leaving the ramp, the passenger must approach the employee who is waiting for the passenger with a special VIP-hall plate (or last name, if agreed in advance), and introduce himself.
• To receive baggage, the air passenger transfers baggage tags to the employee; the passenger expects delivery and baggage claim in the VIP lounge.
• After meeting all the passengers of the VIP lounge who arrived on one flight, the employee accompanies them on a separate vehicle to the entrance to the VIP lounge.
• After passing all the necessary procedures and collecting baggage, the administrator of the business lounge accompanies the passenger until the transport he meets or until departure

INDEPENDENTLY LEAVING THE FLIGHT IS FORBIDDEN

A confirmed Application can be canceled at any time, but no later than 24 hours before the provision of the service.

Cancellation of a confirmed Application less than 24 hours prior to the time the service was provided is a 100% penalty.

NO SHOW - 100% penalty.
