Arrival:

• meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
• help:
  • with the passage of passport control;
  • baggage collection;
  • assistance of a porter with luggage (up to three pieces of luggage; if possible);
  • passing through customs control;
• escort to the parking lot;
• coordination of the meeting with the host party.

Departure:

• meeting passengers with a nameplate (the meeting place will be indicated in the confirmation);
• help:
  • a porter with luggage (up to three pieces of luggage; if possible);
  • help with registration;
  • baggage check-in;
  • passing through passport and customs control.
• access to the VIP lounge:
  • drinks;
  • snacks;
  • showers;
  • rest rooms.
• seeing off to the departure gate.

 Cancellation: less than 48 hours – 100% penalty. The penalty for non–attendance is 100%.
