Transit (without leaving the transit zone):

• meeting the passenger at the exit of the teletrap with a nameplate (when boarding a separate car remotely, it is not provided to the plane);
• buggy is provided in all areas;
• access to the Lounge;
• escort of the passenger at the boarding gate (when boarding a separate car remotely to the plane is not provided).

Transit (with exit from the transit zone):

• meeting the passenger at the exit of the teletrap with a nameplate (when boarding a separate car remotely, it is not provided to the plane);
• buggy is provided in all areas;
• accelerated passage of passport and customs controls (Fast Track);
• baggage claim;
• the loader's services are included in the price of the service;
• check-in, baggage check-in without waiting in line;
• access to the Lounge;
• escort of the passenger at the boarding gate (when boarding a separate car remotely to the plane is not provided).

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 40% per passenger.
