For first and business class passengers only.
Arrival:

- access to the VIP lounge (one hour stay included):
- passing through passport control

- transfer to the destination (free for up to 40 km from Heathrow airport, then for an additional fee).
Departure:

- check-in for the flight;

Cancellation policy
The service is non-refundable. Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
