Service description

Arrival:
- meeting with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
- escorting to the terminal;
- assistance with passport control;
- baggage claim;
- passing customs control (if necessary, assistance with filling out customs documents) on a dedicated line*;
- escort to the parking lot;
- coordination of the meeting with the host party;
- assistance in loading luggage.
Departure:
- meeting with a nameplate in front of the terminal (the meeting place will be indicated in the booking confirmation);
- escorting to the terminal;
- assistance with check-in and baggage check-in;
- passport control;
- by passing the aviation security service on a dedicated line*;
- escort to the departure gate.
*If a dedicated line is closed by a border control solution, the waiting time in the queue may be an hour or more
Cancellation policy
Cancellation more than 72 hours before the start of the service – without penalty, less than 72 hours – 100% penalty. The penalty for non–appearance is 100%
