• meeting passengers at the exit of the teletrap with a nameplate (when the aircraft is parked close to the terminal, the assistant escorts the passenger to the terminal on foot (a separate car is not provided for remote boarding));
• passport and customs control in the VIP lounge;
• baggage collection in the VIP lounge;
• snacks, drinks, press;
• high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV;
• A vegetarian or diet menu can be provided on request.;
• there are shower rooms;
• the price includes 2 hours of stay in the VIP lounge;
• parking escort;
• coordination of actions with the receiving party.

Departure

• meeting passengers at the VIP lounge (you must provide a contact to contact the passenger);
• check-in for the flight;
• baggage check-in in the VIP lounge;
• passport and customs control in the VIP lounge;
• snacks, drinks, press;
• high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV;
• A vegetarian or diet menu can be provided on request.;
• shower rooms;
• on request, escort to Duty Free and to the VAT refund desk;
• The price includes 3 hours of stay in the VIP lounge.;
• passenger escort to the boarding gate (if the aircraft is parked close to the boarding gate, the assistant escorts the passenger to the plane on foot (a separate car is not provided for remote boarding)).

Cancellation more than 48 hours before the start of the service – no penalty, less than 48 hours – 100% penalty.

The penalty for non–attendance is 100%
