Service description
The margin for holidays is 55% (list below). The extra charge for the night rate is 15%.
Arrival:
- meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap
- escorting to the terminal
- assistance with passport control, baggage collection, customs control
- escort to the parking lot (taxi, meeting the driver). Coordination of the meeting with the host party
Departure:
- meeting with a nameplate in front of the terminal (the meeting place will be indicated in the booking confirmation)
- escorting to the terminal
- assistance with check-in and baggage check-in
- assistance with passport control
- assistance with passing the aviation security service
- escort to the departure gate

Cancellation policy
Cancellation more than 48 hours before the start of the service – no penalties, less than 48 hours – 100% penalty. The penalty for non–appearance is 100%.
