Cancellation policy
Modification of a confirmed application:
- less than 48 hours before the service is provided, a fine of 45 pounds (GBP) per request.
Cancellation of a confirmed application:

- less than 48 hours before the service is provided – a 100% fine.
Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
