Departure

• The passenger approaches the VIP terminal. The VIP terminal is located to the left of the terminal building.
• To access the VIP lounge, the passenger must provide the number and make of the car.
• The VIP lounge dispatcher assists in check-in, baggage check-in, and security check-in. The loader's services are included in the price.
• The passenger has a bar, a large selection of newspapers and magazines, and Internet access. Bar services in the VIP lounge are not included in the price of VIP service and are paid by the passenger independently.
• After the announcement of boarding the flight, the assistant accompanies the passenger to the plane in a separate Audi or Mersedes car.

Arrival

• An assistant greets a passenger at the plane ramp with a VIP sign.
• Delivery of the passenger to the VIP lounge in a separate Audi or Mersedes car.
• Baggage delivery and collection in the VIP lounge. The loader's services are included in the price.
• The passenger has a bar, a large selection of newspapers and magazines, and Internet access. The services of the bar in the VIP lounge are not included in the price of VIP service and are paid by the passenger independently.
• After completing the service, the passenger is escorted to the car.

A confirmed Application can be cancelled at any time, but no later than 24 hours before the service is provided.

Cancellation of a confirmed Application less than 24 hours before the service is provided is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 24 hours before the service is provided): + 2.000 ₽ per passenger.
