Service description
Arrival:
- meeting with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
- on an international flight, escort through passport control;
- assistance with baggage collection (one baggage trolley per reservation, approximately three large suitcases);
- on an international flight, escorting through customs control (expedited if possible);
- parking escort;
- coordination of the meeting with the host party.
Departure:
- meeting at the departure terminal;
- escorting through the check-in and baggage check-in desk (one baggage cart per reservation, approximately three large suitcases);
- on an international flight, escort through passport control;
- support through the Aviation Security Service;
- escort to the departure gate.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.
Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.
Urgency
Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + $50 per passenger.
