Departure:

• meeting at the departure terminal;
• escort:
  • through the check-in and baggage drop-off desk (porter services are not included in the price and are available for an additional fee);
  • escort through passport control;
  • escort to the departure gate.

Arrival:

• meeting passengers with a nameplate at the exit of the teletrap;
• escort:
  • through passport control;
  • assistance with baggage collection;
  • through customs control (porter services are not included in the price and are provided for an additional fee);
  • escort to the parking lot.
• coordination of actions with the host party.

Cancellation of a confirmed application (less than 48 hours before the service is provided) is a 100% penalty.

Failure to show up is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 50 € per passenger.
