Transit:

• VIP support from arrival to departure;
• meeting at the plane ramp;
• private transfer from the plane to the terminal;
• post-flight and pre-flight formalities at the VIP terminal;
• baggage reloading if necessary (2 pieces of baggage per passenger are included in the price - additional baggage is paid for through additional services);
• access to the VIP terminal (stay for 3 hours):
  • ordering from the menu;
  • drinks;
  • champagne;
  • showers.
• assistance with VAT refund;
• private transfer from the terminal to the plane.

Less than 48 hours before the service is provided:

• cancellation of a confirmed application is a fine of 100%;
• changing the reservation is a fine of € 230 per request.

Failure to appear is a 100% penalty.

Urgent request (submitted less than 48 hours before the service is provided): + 230 € per passenger.
